Friday sessions are for all comer’s.
The focus of our program is on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Military Sexual Trauma (MST) clients, but all veterans and active-duty military are welcome to come sail with us. We offer sailing in Charleston Harbor as an informal type of therapy, and provide the opportunity for you to meet individuals who may have had similar experiences while serving in the military.
There is no charge for any active duty or military veteran.
